Although most of the time manufacturers have the means internally to manage their stocks, their orders as well as production schedules, it can also be found in certain cases that the customer has to manage all the tasks himself. that revolve around production. Until now, it has been difficult for leather users to trace the hides delivered in batches to tanners by slaughterhouses or traders. However, knowing their exact origin (their farm of origin, place of slaughter and salting) allows, in the long term, to measure and improve their quality, intrinsically linked to the conditions of livestock rearing, skinning and conservation of the skin. This operational system operates daily in several slaughterhouses trading in hides and skins and tanneries.
